NOTICE OF PROPOSED LEGISLATION
Notice is hereby given that the legislation titled herein will be considered by the City Commission at its Regular Meeting on Wednesday, February 5, 2020, in the City Hall Commission Chambers, 9500 West Sample Road, Coral Springs, Florida, 33065, commencing 9:00 a.m., wherein all interested persons may be heard. The proposed legislation may be inspected in the Office of the City Clerk.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CORAL SPRINGS, FLORIDA AMENDING THE LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE OF THE CITY OF CORAL SPRINGS BY AMENDING CHAPTER 25, ARTICLE XVI, ENTITLED “COMMUNICATIONS FACILITIES”; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the City Commission with respect to this matter, he or she must ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made. The record shall include the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
