NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Construction Industry Licensing Board has received the petition for declaratory statement from Raw Construction, LLC., filed on December 9, 2019.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of paragraph 489.105(3)(n), F.S., as it applies to the petitioner.

Petitioner seeks a withdrawal or clarification of Declaratory Statement DS 2018-041 as it regards to a licensed utility and excavation contractor in the State of Florida being qualified to relocate natural gas lines for Gulf Breeze, Florida. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
