M-83980/OFDC-ITB-012-15. SCOPE OF WORK: The project consists of security systems upgrades with a budget not to exceed $150,000. MBE Participation Goal: 15% overall. All contractors that are interested in bidding are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid conference to be held on February 4, 2015 at 1:30 p.m. at Henry F. Kite Elementary School which is located at 9430 Lem Turner Road, Jacksonville, FL 32208. Failure to attend the pre-bid conference shall result in disqualification of that firm’s proposal. Attendees will be required to sign an attendance register. All contractors submitting proposals and bids must be pre-qualified with Duval County Public Schools at the time of the ITB Response Due Date. No proposals or bids will be accepted from Contractors who are not pre-qualified at that time. Prequalification forms and information may be obtained at www.duvalschools.org.
