SCOPE OF WORK: Perform various repairs, maintenance and minor improvements to portable classroom facilities districtwide on an annual contract basis. This will be a multiple year contract awarded to one or more firms for an initial period of one year with an option to renew for four additional one-year periods.
The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids. All bidders and subcontractors shall be licensed Contractors and registered corporations as required by the laws of the State of Florida.
