Purpose:
The purpose of this document is to provide interested parties with information to enable them to prepare and submit a proposal for consulting services for developing “District Response Procedures (SOPs) for Incidents involving Transportation of Flammable Liquids, Chlorine and Anhydrous Ammonia to include in the Hendry County CEMP and SWF LEPC Response Plan”.
