NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation has received the petition for declaratory statement from Steven Jarrett Palmer. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Chapter 489, Part I, F.S.; Sections 455.2277, 455.228, 455.225, F.S.; and Rules 61-5.007, 61G4-12.010, F.A.C., as they apply to the Petitioner.

Petitioner seeks clarification of the above-referenced statutes and rules.
