    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on January 19, 2017, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for Bliss Condominiums at 176 4th Ave NE, St. Petersburg, FL. Petitioner seeks an emergency variance from the requirements of Section 3007.7.1 and 3007.7.4. Florida Building Code 5th Edition, that requires direct access and lobby size which poses a substantial financial hardship.
