NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE
Escambia County will hold a public hearing to consider adopting an ordinance governing small wireless facilities in county rights-of-way pursuant to F.S. § 337.401(3)(d).

SUBJECT: The proposed ordinance implements F.S. § 337.401(3)(d) authorizing wireless providers to collocate small wireless facilities on county-owned utility poles in county rights-of-way; provides for registration and permitting systems and procedures; and establishes collocation guidelines, conditions, regulations, and restrictions.
