Notice is hereby given that the Department of Business And Professional Regulation Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco has issued an order disposing of the petition for declaratory statement filed by Drum Circle Distilling, LLC on October 23, 2017. The following is a summary of the agency's disposition of the petition:

Drum Circle Distilling, LLC, in accordance with section 565.03(2)(c), Florida Statutes, may offer for sale to consumers, at its souvenir gift shop, branded products for off-premises consumption, that are comprised of a blend of spirituous liquors produced by other distillers away from Drum Circle Distilling, LLC’s premises and spirituous liquors distilled by Drum Circle Distilling, LLC on its premises. Drum Circle Distilling, LLC, in accordance with section 565.03(2)(c), Florida Statutes, may not offer for sale to consumers, at its souvenir gift shop, branded products for off-premises consumption, that are comprised of a blend of only spirituous liquors produced by other distillers away from Drum Circle Distilling, LLC’s premises.
