NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Department of Financial Services, Division of State Fire Marshal, has received the petition for declaratory statement from Marshall Paisner on January 13, 2020.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of subsection 633.202(18), Florida Statutes. Specifically, subsection 633.202(18), Florida Statutes as it applies to the petitioner.
