    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on January 16, 2020, the Board of Chiropractic Medicine, received a petition for variance or waiver filed by Keith E. Pyne, D.C., regarding the requirement of Rule 64B2-13.004, F.A.C., which requires that for the purpose of renewing or reactivating a license, an applicant must demonstrate to the Board that he has participated in at least forty (40) classroom hours of Board approved continuing chiropractic education. Petitioner is requesting that continuing education hours obtained in 2018 and 2019 at Queens University Department of Biomedical and Molecular Sciences in Kingston, Ontario be applied towards the renewal of his license.
