NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Respiratory Care has received the petition for declaratory statement from St. Joseph’s Hospital, Inc. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of 468.352(10)(e), F.S., as it applies to the petitioner.
