RFA 2018-102 HOUSING CREDIT FINANCING TO PROVIDE AFFORDABLE MULTIFAMILY RENTAL HOUSING THAT IS A PART OF LOCAL REVITALIZATION INITIATIVES
This Request for Applications (RFA) is open to Applicants proposing the development of affordable multifamily rental housing that is part of a broader neighborhood or local community revitalization effort.
Applications shall be accepted until 11:00 a.m., Eastern Time, on March 8, 2018, to the attention of Marisa Button, Florida Housing Finance Corporation, 227 North Bronough Street, Suite 5000, Tallahassee, Florida 32301-1329. Any modifications that occur to the Request for Applications will be posted on the web site and may result in an extension of the deadline. It is the responsibility of the Applicant to check the website for any modifications prior to the deadline date.
