NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Building Officials Association of Florida has issued a binding interpretation pursuant to Section 553.775, Florida Statutes, filed by David Clisset on December 11, 2007. Because the petition was not submitted to the local board of rules and appeals, a binding interpretation was not rendered per Section 553.775, Florida Statutes.
