    PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose and effect of the rule change is to include Equine Herpes Virus (Neurological Disease) to the list of diseases reportable to the State Veterinarian in order to prevent, control and eradicate certain infectious or communicable diseases of livestock and other domestic animals, ensuring the health, safety and welfare of the public, livestock and food production animals from illness and subsequent economic disaster.
    SUMMARY: This rule modifies the list of diseases reportable to the State Veterinarian.
    SUMMARY OF STATEMENT OF ESTIMATED REGULATORY COSTS: No Statement of Estimated Regulatory Cost was prepared.
