Award: The Early Learning Coalition of Broward County Board of Directors voted on January 8, 2016, to award the contract for a Business and Leadership Program for Early Learning Providers to The Business & Leadership Institute for Early Learning for $50,000. Failure to file a protest regarding this award within the time prescribed in Section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
