    64B2-13.007Continuing Education During Initial Licensure Period

    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on January 20, 2016, the Board of Chiropractic Medicine, received a petition for variance or waiver filed by Vikki Lynn Moore. The petitioner is seeking a waiver or variance of subsection 64B2-13.007(1) F.A.C., which requires that during the first twelve (12) months after initial licensure, practitioners are required to attend one (1) full day at a Florida Board of Chiropractic Medicine meeting at which disciplinary hearings are conducted as provided in subsection 64B2-13.004(8), F.A.C.
