NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Construction Industry Licensing Board has received the petition for declaratory statement from Brian Nix on behalf of Premier Enterprises 1 LLC, on December 12, 2016. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Florida licensure requirements as it applies to the petitioner.

Petitioner’s asks the Board whether a Florida state license is required to install seamless gutters and down spouts. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
