    FLORIDA CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION NOTICE

    SHADY OAKS MOBILE HOME PARK

     

    The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has determined that the Shady Oaks Mobile Home Park project to install less than a half-mile of water main to connect to the Orange County public water system is not expected to generate controversy over potential environmental effects. The project is located off Colonial Drive in Orlando and the total estimated construction cost is $270,000. The project may qualify for a Drinking Water State Revolving Fund loan composed of federal and state funds. DEP will consider public comments about the environmental impacts of the proposed project that are postmarked or delivered at the address below within 30 days of this notice.
