    40E-6.221Conditions for Issuance of Standard Permits

    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on January 23, 2019, the South Florida Water Management District (District), received a petition for waiver from Collier County Transportation and Engineering Division, Application No. 18-0924-1, for utilization of Works or Lands of the District known as the Green Canal to allow for the addition of a pedestrian bridge located immediately west of Sunshine Boulevard; Section 15/22, Township 49 South, Range 26 East, Collier County. The petition seeks relief from paragaph 40E-6.221(3)(j), Fla. Admin. Code, which governs the minimum low member elevation for bridge crossings located within Works or Lands of the District.
