PROJECT: Lyndon B. Johnson Middle School Facility Renewal for Brevard Public Schools

Wharton-Smith is proudly the Design Builder serving the School Board of Brevard County with the upcoming Lyndon B. Johnson Middle School Facility Renewal.  The project will consist of chilled water air handler replacements with associated ductwork and BAS controls modifications, electrical upgrades to support the HVAC modifications, plumbing and electrical infrastructure renovations. All construction activities will take place during the summer period (5/31/19-8/1/19).

 Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for February 5, 2019 at 3:30 p.m. at Johnson M.S. (2155 Croton Road, Melbourne, FL 32935).
