    62-620.620: Guidelines for Establishing Specific Permit Conditions
    PURPOSE AND EFFECT: Florida’s surface water quality standards prohibit discharges that are acutely or chronically toxic, without a Department approved mixing zone. The Department plans to add a new subsection to Rule 62-620.620, F.A.C., to identify facilities subject to whole effluent toxicity testing.
