    The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services announces the following public meeting of the Miami Blue Butterfly Subcommittee to which all interested persons are invited.

    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Subcommittee is charged with developing recommendations to the Coordinating Council for Mosquito Control regarding conduct of mosquito control that will: 1) allow re-introductions to continue on public lands that will aid in the recovery of the Miami blue butterfly and 2) allow the Mosquito Control Districts to continue to provide mosquito control as required by State Law under Chapter 388 of the Florida Statues.
