The Governing Board may take official action at the meeting on any item appearing on the agenda and on any item that is added to the agenda as a result of a change to the agenda approved by the presiding officer of the meeting pursuant to Section 120.525, Florida Statutes.     GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Governing Board to discuss and consider District business, including regulatory and non-regulatory matters, and a budget amendment to the District’s Fiscal Year 2011-2012 budget. The proposed budget amendment of $3,137,155 increases the Lake Belt Mitigation Special Revenue Fund, the Lake Belt Mitigation Capital Projects Fund and the Wetlands Mitigation Permanent Fund. The additional revenue was generated by Lake Belt rock mining and will be utilized for restoration, land acquisition, associated costs and long-term management. The total appropriations of the Lake Belt Mitigation Special Revenue Fund is proposed to be $7,735,110. The total appropriations of the Lake Belt Mitigation Capital Projects Fund is proposed to be $467,329. The total appropriations of the Wetland Mitigation Permanent Fund is proposed to be $14,440.
