The Construction Industry Licensing Board hereby gives notice that the petition filed by Donna Noto, City of Port St. Lucie Contractor Licensing, on December 16, 2011, seeking a declaratory statement of Section 489.105(3)(m), Florida Statutes, has been withdrawn.
