PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The commission proposes to substantially rewrite Chapter 61K1-1, F.A.C., to clarify existing rule language. To accomplish this task it is necessary to implement a new Chapter 61K1-2, F.A.C. This section will address amateur boxing, kickboxing, and mixed martial arts licensure requirements, health and safety equipment, and officials duties and responsibilities.
