    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Construction Industry Licensing Board has received the petition for declaratory statement from Lorad, LLC on December 20, 2013.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Chapter 489, Florida Statutes, and Chapter 61G4, Florida Administrative Code, as it applies to the petitioner.

    The Petitioner seeks a declaratory statement from the Board with regard to Chapter 489, Florida Statutes, and Chapter 61G4, Florida Administrative Code, as to whether Lorad, LLC needs to be licensed to provide fall protection systems. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
