    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on January 6, 2017 the Department of Health received a petition for variance from Florida Administrative Code subparagraph 64E-16.007(4)(c)1., from WasteWise, Inc. This rule prescribes that alternative treatment systems must show a satisfactory level of disinfection for the vegetative organisms listed in Table 1. The Petitioner requests a variance from the rule to allow the Petitioner to use Mycobacterium terrae in lieu of Mycobacterium bovis or Mycobacterium fortuitum.
