NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on January 16, 2020, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for GWS District Admin CTR at 39 Columbia Dr, David Island, FL. Petitioner seeks a variance of the requirements of Rule 2.7.2, ASME A17.1, 2013 edition, as adopted by Rule 61C-5.001, Florida Administrative Code that requires minimum path and clearance in the machine room which poses a significant economic/financial hardship.
