NOTICE OF CHANGE

Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 48 No. 159, August 16, 2022 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

Incorporated by reference Form DBPR CPA 14, Out-Of-State Licensee CPE Acknowledgement, the Department includes changes on page 1:

Any requirement or instructions for notarization are removed.

Add additional language regarding the submission method and format of the proposed form.

Amend the title of the section formerly called “Affirmation by Written Declaration” to “Out-Of-State CPE Requirement”.

Include language in the “Out-of-State CPE Requirement” section to reflect the provisions set forth section 473.311(b).

Include language in the “Out-of-State CPE Requirement” section to reflect the licensee’s requirement to comply with section 473.312, should the state in which their office is located not have CPE reporting requirements.
