NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on January 26, 2016, the Department of Health, received a petition for variance from Mary Lynn Ulrey, Chief Executive Officer of the Drug Abuse Comprehensive Coordinating Office, seeking a variance of subsection 64K-1.003(1), F.A.C. Petitioner requests that the Department allow individuals with direct access to the Prescription Drug Monitoring Program database to appoint a designee to access on behalf of the prescriber.
