RFP Public Notice – Learning Management Software
The Early Learning Coalition of Duval (“ELC”), a Florida not-for-profit organization dedicated to quality early care and education in Duval County - Florida, is issuing this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) seeking pricing to provide full design, supply and installation of a learning management system within 100-160 child care facilities along with initial training and ongoing support. This RFP seeks qualified contractors who can provide said goods and/or services according to the specifications provided in RFP.
Respondents will be competing against each other for selection. Upon receipt of all the proposals, the Coalition will review and make a decision based on the evaluation criteria set forth in the RFP. Any contractor interested in providing commodities and/or services requested in the RFP must respond to this RFP.
