    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on January 24, 2020, the Board of Chiropractic Medicine, received a petition for variance or waiver filed by Deborah Ann Morris, CCPA, regarding the requirement of paragraph 460.4165(13)(b), F.S., that each certified chiropractic physician’s assistant shall biennially complete 24 hours of continuing education courses sponsored by chiropractic colleges accredited by the Council on Chiropractic Education and approved by the board. The board may make exception from the requirements of this section in emergency or hardship cases. Petitioner has completed 6 of the required 24 CE hours and is requesting a variance or waiver of the remaining hours due to a medical condition.
