Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 35 No. 50, December 18, 2009 issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly. The change is in response to the language voted on by the Board at its meeting on October 9, 2009. The change is as follows:
64B32-5.007(2)(a) shall read as:
(2)(a) Violations of continuing education requirements required by Section 468.361, F.S. are to be completed within 90 days of the date of the filing of the final order six months of the date citation is issued., Llicensee must submit certified documentation of completion of all the CE requirements for the period for which the citation was issued; prior to renewing the license for the next biennium, licensee must document compliance with the CE requirements for the relevant period.
