GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The purpose of the emergency conference call was to consider the Adoption of a Resolution Relating to State of Florida, Full Faith and Credit, State Board of Education Public Education Capital Outlay Bonds, 2007 and 2008 Series (The “Bonds”), Authorizing the Competitive or Negotiated Sale of the Bonds and Authorizing the Issuance of the Bonds as Taxable Bonds from December 31, 2009 to December 31, 2010.
