FLORIDA CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION NOTICE
City of Williston
The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has determined that the City of Williston’s project involving the rehabilitation of portions of the existing sanitary sewer system will not adversely affect the environment. The total estimated construction cost is $8,914,111. The project may qualify for a State Revolving Fund loan composed of federal and state matching funds. DEP will consider public comments about the environmental impacts of the proposed project that are postmarked or delivered at the address below within 30 days of this notice.
