NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on January 27, 2014, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for Tempette Learning Academy. Petitioner seeks a variance of the requirements of Section 704.1.3.3.4 Florida Building Code refrigerant system machinery room and Section 61C-5.006, Florida Administrative Code, for elevator fees; permits; certificates of operation; delinquency fee; transfer of ownership; certificate replacement and Florida Statutes 399.16 for unlicensed activity, citations: prohibitions; penalties and which poses a significant economic/financial hardship.
