    The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, in conjunction with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

    DATE AND TIME: Monday, February 3, 2014, 6:00 p.m., CST (open house; public meeting begins at 6:30 p.m.)

    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Deepwater Horizon Natural Resource Damage Trustees are holding public meetings to solicit public comment on the Draft Programmatic and Phase III Early Restoration Plan and Draft Early Restoration Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement (Draft Phase III ERP/PEIS), which describes the third and largest round of projects proposed to receive funding from the $1 billion BP committed to Early Restoration in April 2011, along with a proposed programmatic plan and programmatic environmental impact statement for continuing early restoration. This meeting was originally scheduled for Tuesday, January 28, 2014 in Pensacola, FL; however, it was cancelled due to the local state of emergency declared for severe weather. This meeting is informational only and no decisions will be made at the meeting.
