NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity issued Final Order No. DEO-16-011 on January 21, 2016, in response to an application submitted by Lakewood Garden Community Association Inc., for covenant revitalization under Chapter 720, Part III, Florida Statutes.
The Department’s Final Order granted the application for covenant revitalization after reconsidering the application for revitalization and determining that the application met the statutory requirements for covenant revitalization.
