NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Building Code Administrators and Inspectors Board has received the petition for Declaratory Statement from John Muncy, filed on January 6, 2020. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as it applies to the petitioner. Petitioner seeks the Board's opinion for the following: Is a licensed Engineer or Architect exempt from having to obtain a license to work as a Plans Examiner or a Inspector (working as a plans examiner or inspector – not performing work as engineer). Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
