NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Florida Building Commission has received the petition for declaratory statement from Fred S. Cardwell, on December 22, 2008. The petition seeks the Florida Building Commission’s clarification of the requirements of sections 1502 and 1507, Florida Building Code, Building Volume (2004 as amended) as they apply to the petitioner.
