    NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY

    FLORIDA FINDING OF NO SIGNIFICANT IMPACT

    DeSoto County

    The Department of Environmental Protection has determined that DeSoto County’s proposed project to construct new water distribution and new wastewater collection and transmission facilities will not adversely affect the environment. The total estimated construction cost is $4,200,000. The project may qualify for State Revolving Fund loans composed of federal and state funds. DEP will consider public comments about the environmental impacts of the proposed project that are postmarked or delivered at the address below within 30 days of this notice.
