Sealed bids will be received by JAXPORT until 2:00 P.M. (EST), local time, WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 18, 2015, at which time they shall be opened in the Public Meeting Room of the Port Central Office Building, 2831 Talleyrand Avenue, Jacksonville, Florida, for PCOB STANDBY GENERATOR.
All bids must be submitted in accordance with specifications and drawings for Contract No. C-1488, which may be examined in the Procurement Department of JAXPORT, located on the second floor of the Port Central Office Building, 2831 Talleyrand Avenue, Jacksonville, Florida 32206. A MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE AND SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD ON TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 3, 2015, AT 10:00 A.M. (EST), IN THE PUBLIC MEETING ROOM, FIRST FLOOR OF THE PORT CENTRAL OFFICE BUILDING LOCATED AT ADDRESS STATED ABOVE. PLEASE BRING A SAFETY VEST FOR THE SITE VISIT.
ATTENDANCE BY A REPRESENTATIVE OF EACH PROSPECTIVE BIDDER IS REQUIRED. A BID WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FROM ANY BIDDER WHO IS NOT REPRESENTED AT SUCH CONFERENCE.
