FLORIDA CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION NOTICE (FCEN)
City of Perry
The Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has determined that the City of Perry’s proposed project of rehabilitation of their drinking water system will not have a significant adverse impact on the environment. The project includes replacement of filters at plant 2, modifications to well 3, installation of a new well, and replacement of plant 1 with new plant 4. The project will be completed in three phases for a construction cost of $9.9 million.
