    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco has received the petition for declaratory statement from Robert D. Epstein; DS 2018-004. The petition seeks the agencys opinion as to the applicability of Sections 561.545(1); 561.545(2); and 561.54(1), F.S., as it applies to the petitioner.

    Petitioner seeks a Declaratory Statement from the Division as to whether an out-of-state retailer can sell, ship, and deliver wine directly to consumers in Florida and, if so, whether it can do so either by using its own vehicle or by common carrier?
