The Florida Housing Finance Corporation hereby gives notice:

On January 26, 2018, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation issued an order granting waiver of subsection 67-48.0072(26), F.A.C. from West Lake I, Ltd., establishing March 21, 2018 as the Firm Commitment Deadline, concurrent with the Loan Closing Deadline. Petitioner's request to waive the extension fee is DENIED as moot. Florida Housing determined that the Petitioner had demonstrated that it would suffer a substantial hardship if the waiver was not granted. The petition was filed on January 4, 2018, and notice of the receipt of petition was published on January 5, 2018 in Vol. 44, Number 04, F.A.R.
