PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of the proposed rule amendment is to revise regulations pertaining to recreational user permits (RUPs) for Grove Park and Gulf Hammock Wildlife Management Areas (WMAs). The effect of the proposed rule amendment will be to update the price of RUPs for these WMAs.
