The Board of Professional Engineers hereby gives notice: of the issuance of an Order regarding the Petition for Variance or Waiver, filed on February 10, 2023 by Robert Houser. The Notice of Petition for Variance or Waiver was published in Vol. 49 No. 39, of the February 27, 2023, Florida Administrative Register. Petitioner seeks a variance or waiver of Rule 61G15-20.007, F.A.C., and seeks certification of his application for licensure as a professional engineer. The Board considered the instant Petition at a duly noticed public meeting held on April 13, 2023. The Board’s Order, filed on April 27, 2023, grants the Petition for Variance and Waiver, as specified in the Order, and approving application for licensure.
