NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on January 30, 2013, the Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling, received a petition for Lisa Baker, seeking a variance or waiver of Rule 64B4-3.0085(4), F.A.C., which requires that experience obtained under the supervision of the new qualified supervisor will not count toward completion of the experience requirement until the registered intern has received board approval of their new qualified supervisor.
