NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Construction Industry Licensing Board has received the petition for declaratory statement from William Hixon, on January 10, 2014. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Chapter 489.105(3)(g), Florida Statutes, as it applies to the petitioner.

The Petitioner seeks a declaratory statement from the Board with regard to Chapter 489.105(3)(g), Florida Statutes, as to whether the servicing and repairing of Heat Pump Pool Heaters falls within the scope of his Class B Air Conditioning Contractor's license. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
